Northland Crossing is a new housing  development created to give Oceana County’s working families the  opportunity to own a high quality home close to schools and shopping. Northland Crossing is being developed by OCEANA’S HOME  PARTNERSHIP, a not for profit community organization, dedicated to providing high quality,  permanently affordable housing for Oceana County’s working families.

To qualify for a Northland crossing home, you must: 

Have savings toward a down payment

 Live or work in Oceana County

Have good or repairable credit**

Be mortgage eligible**
